Screening colonoscopies have been shown to reduce Colorectal Cancer (CRC) incidence and mortality but can be hindered by inadequate bowel preparation. The aim of this study is to identify medical and social risk factors for inadequate bowel preparation prior to colonoscopy. The study was a retrospective cohort study reviewing risk factors in patients with inadequate bowel preparation noted during colonoscopy compared to a control group of patients with adequate bowel preparation over a period of 3 years.

It is about a 24-year-old male, with no past medical history, diagnosed in April 2021 with left testicular germ cell tumor. He had a left orchiectomy. Postoperative thoraco-abdomino-pelvic CT scan showed inter-aorto-caval and pre-caval lymph nodes with a diameter of 31mm and 23mm respectively. He received three cycles of BEP.

This study aimed to comprehensively evaluate the impact of low- and standard-abdominal pressure on intraoperative, postoperative, and survival outcomes of Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy (LC). A literature search of the databases, PubMed, Web of Science, Embase, and Cochrane Library was performed until April 30, 2021. Studies comparing low abdominal pressure and standard abdominal pressure for LC were included.

Cystic tumours of pancreas with malignant potential are very rare including serous cystic tumour, although mucinous cystic neoplasms of pancreas possess more frequent ability to transmute into mucinous cystadenocarcinoma. Neuroendocrine Tumors (NETs) are rare tumors comprising approximately 2% of all malignancies. The most common sites are gastrointestinal tract and the lung.

Gallstones (GS) are traditionally associated with "fat fertile forty females". However, in India, GS are often found in young malnourished multiparous women. We conducted this study to determine the influence of nutritional inadequacy on prevalence of gallbladder (GB) stasis and GS among postpartum women. A prospective cross-sectional study was conducted in a tertiary care center. Women after normal term delivery were evaluated at 6 weeks postpartum.
